Custom-made lounger pad - Miami

All the cushions for the chairs, outdoor sofa, and lounger are of really high quality, and the measurements were executed very well. However, it's strange that you pay a considerable amount upfront and then hear nothing for seven weeks. No delivery date, no communication, and no direct emails, just a chat via the website. It's a shame; only after I inquired did they finally provide a delivery date. Thank you.

Comfortable support, you don't lie through
What bothered me immensely was that my topper was cut 1 cm too short – the manufacturer reserves the right to shorten or disregard measurements up to 1 cm. This shouldn't happen with a custom-made product. I'm also bothered by the fact that the mattress, due to its thickness, doesn't have handles on either side. This makes it quite awkward to carry. The delivery went smoothly. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with the product. Therefore, only three points in the overall rating.

The Miami lounger cushions are as described on the website. The cushions are of high quality, tailor-made, and fit the loungers perfectly. The Velcro fastening straps, which prevent the cushion from slipping, are also practical. The color of the cushions (beige) is very attractive, and the cushions are very comfortable due to their height (10 cm). The sample cushion for selecting the cover material is very helpful, as the color scheme in pictures is often misleading. The money for the sample cushion will be refunded if you subsequently place an order. I highly recommend these cushions.
