1. Custom-size Questions
Custom-made upholstery and cushions are a perfect way to give your existing furniture a new touch and enhance it. To ensure that the new edition also fits 100%, we offer tailor-made production.

Can the lounger cushions get wet?
Basically yes - the fabric is water-repellent and the foam is open-cell.
The olefin fabric dries very quickly and is antibacterial .

Can the outdoor mattress, lounger pads or seat cushions be outdoors at all times?
The pads can get wet and dry again. However, you should be careful about the surface. For example, if you leave an outdoor mattress on the floor, water could accumulate there, leading to mold.
We recommend, if possible, placing the mattress at least under a canopy and a substructure where air can circulate .
When using fabrics with a PU coating, special care must be taken to ensure that no moisture remains inside the cover (for example, after very heavy rain), as the waterproof PU coating prevents the water from escaping as usual.

Where are Lulu&Belle mattress pads and seat cushions made?
We manufacture our products in our own production facility in Hungary . Each product is made and checked by hand .

How do I give my measurements?
Please enter your desired dimensions in centimeters without a comma .
Made-to-measure costs?
After you have entered your desired dimensions, our price calculator will calculate your final price including VAT .
Please note that this calculation includes a certain base fee for custom processing. Therefore, larger products are proportionally cheaper than smaller ones.
Only shipping will be calculated during checkout after the delivery address has been entered. You can find more information here.
Tolerances for custom-made products?
We do our best to ensure 100% accuracy in the dimensions you provide. However, slight variations may occur. Due to the compressed packaging, it may take up to 48 hours for the foam to fully expand and the topper to reach its final size .
Our dimensional accuracy:
±1cm for measurements up to 100cm
±2cm for dimensions up to 200cm
±3cm for dimensions up to 300cm
Larger deviations may occur with cushions with loose filling. During our final inspection, the cushion is measured precisely to the specified dimensions. These minor deviations may arise due to packaging and other distribution of the loose filling.
Returns if custom size
Custom-made products are generally excluded from returns, as we manufacture this product with your individual measurements and cannot sell it again.

2. Questions about samples and special colors
So that the new edition fits 100%, we offer you the opportunity to order samples in our shop. This allows you to match fabric colors and test comfort.

How can I test Lulu&Belle?
With our fabric samples we offer you a free option to test our fabrics and see and compare the colors in real life .
This is a good opportunity to test the fabrics in advance, especially for custom-made items .
Free samples?
We offer fabric samples (free*) in our online shop.
*For the effort and shipping, we have to charge a contribution towards expenses in the form of shipping costs for these products.
Are there special colors?

For an order with fabric in a special color, please contact us to discuss the details (cost, delivery time,...).

How long does the delivery take?
Our delivery times are:
- Fabric sample approx. 2-5 working days
- Custom-made approx. 4-6 weeks
- Custom-made with special colors approx. 6-8 weeks
We do our best to ship all orders faster than stated.
How do we pack our products?
We pack our lounger and seat cushions with a mattress packaging machine. The finished layer is pressed and rolled up. We can then deliver them directly to your home by parcel post .
4. Exchange & Cancellation Questions
Sometimes it can happen that you have imagined a product differently, it does not fit or has a quality defect.

How does an exchange work?
We do not offer exchanges, as all our products (except sample items) are custom-made and made to your personal measurements.
Therefore, before placing your order for your desired product, we ask you to request a free fabric sample to buy.
If you would like to exchange an item or have any other concerns, please contact us using the contact form . We will find a satisfactory solution!
How does a return/refund work?
According to our terms and conditions , a revocation must be registered via email and it must first be checked whether it is possible to return the item. (Deadlines, original packaging, no custom-made product, ...) In this case, please contact us using the contact form . The item must then be sent back to us (shipping address).
If cancellation is not possible, we will work together to find an accommodating solution.
