1. Custom-size Questions
Custom-made upholstery and cushions are a perfect way to give your existing furniture a new touch and enhance it. To ensure that the new edition also fits 100%, we offer tailor-made production.

Can the lounger cushions get wet?
Basically yes - the fabric is water-repellent and the foam is open-cell.
The olefin fabric dries very quickly and is antibacterial .
Can the outdoor mattress, lounger pads or seat cushions be outdoors at all times?
The pads can get wet and dry again. However, you should pay attention to the ground. For example, if you leave an outdoor mattress on the ground, waterlogging could occur here and mold as a result.
We recommend, if there is the possibility, to place the mattress under at least a canopy and a substructure where air can circulate .
Where are Lulu&Belle mattress pads and seat cushions made?
We manufacture our products in our own production facility in Hungary . Each product is made and checked by hand .

How do I give my measurements
Please enter your desired dimensions in centimeters without a comma .
Made-to-measure costs
The price shown is a fixed price that applies up to the maximum size shown. The maximum sizes can be found under the product description under "made to measure". If your desired dimensions are within the maximum size, the price that you see in the shopping cart (incl. VAT and excl. shipping costs) applies.
Returns if custom size
Custom-made products are generally excluded from returns, as we manufacture this product with your individual measurements and cannot sell it again.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us. We want you to enjoy our products for a long time and we are confident that we will find an accommodating solution.
2. Questions about samples and special colors
So that the new edition fits 100%, we offer you the opportunity to order samples in our shop. This allows you to match fabric colors and test comfort.

How can I test Lulu&Belle?
With our sample cushions and fabric sample , we offer you a cheap option to test our quality and to see and compare the colors in real life .
This is a good opportunity to test the fabrics and comfort in advance, especially with made-to-measure products .
Free samples?
We offer sample cushions and fabric samples in the online shop.
For the effort and shipping, we have to charge a fee for these products.
If you then order a product in our online shop, you will receive 100% of the purchase price for the test cushion or fabric sample back .
Are there special colors?
We can offer an extended color fall on special request. You can find these colors in our PDF: Special colors fabric Lulu&Belle
For an order with fabric in a special color, please contact us to discuss the details (cost, delivery time,...).

How long does the delivery take
Our delivery times are:
- Sample cushion and fabric sample approx. 2-5 working days
- Standard sizes approx. 2 weeks
- Custom size approx. 4-6 weeks
- Special colors approx. 6-8 weeks
We do our best to ship all orders faster than stated.
How do we pack our products
We pack our lounger and seat cushions with a mattress packaging machine. The finished layer is pressed and rolled up. We can then deliver them directly to your home by parcel post .
4. Exchange & Cancellation Questions
Sometimes it can happen that you have imagined a product differently, it does not fit or has a quality defect.

How does an exchange work
We only offer an exchange in exceptional cases, as the logistical effort involved in shipping the goods is very complex and expensive.
Therefore, before placing your order for your desired product, we ask you to buy a test cushion or fabric sample . - You get 100% of the cost of the sample back after purchasing your desired product.
If you would like an exchange, please contact us using the contact form .
How does a return/refund work
According to our terms and conditions , a revocation must be registered via email and it must first be checked whether it is possible to return the item. (Deadlines, original packaging, no custom-made product, ...) In this case, please contact us using the contact form . The item must then be sent back to us (shipping address).
If cancellation is not possible, we will work together to find an accommodating solution.
