Ordering & Shipping

How much are the shipping costs?
Within Germany (DE) and Austria (AT), we offer free shipping. For shipping within the EU, we charge a flat rate of €59.95 (free shipping for orders over €599). Fabric sample sets are sent with a small service fee.
What is the delivery time?
As each product is custom-made to your measurements in our manufactory, delivery times are approx. 2–3 weeks. Special colors may take approx. 3–6 weeks. Fabric samples usually arrive within 2–5 business days.
Which shipping service provider is used?
Smaller packages are reliably delivered by DPD. For larger shipments (over 60x60x100 cm), we utilize the expertise of Dachser Logistics (or an equivalent partner) to deliver your custom order safely on a pallet.

Products & Care

Are the covers washable?
Yes! All our outdoor covers are removable via zipper and can be machine washed at 30°C. We recommend using a mild detergent and avoiding fabric softeners.
Are the fabrics waterproof?
Our fabrics (100% Olefin) are highly water-repellent, UV-resistant, and resistant to pool and salt water. They easily withstand light rain showers. However, we recommend storing the cushions in a protected area during heavy rain or in winter.
What type of filling is used?
We use high-quality, antibacterial PU foam. Depending on the model, we use either firm cold foam sheets (mattress quality) for optimal support or soft foam flakes for a casual lounge comfort.
What is the difference between Standard and Premium fabric?
The Standard outdoor fabric (230 g/m²) is already very robust and weatherproof. The Premium fabric (460 g/m²) is twice as heavy, offers an exclusive woven feel, and is even more durable – perfect for a high-end lounge look.

Special Features & Service

How does the money-back guarantee for fabric samples work?
Order your samples in advance to check the colors live. For your subsequent main order of a custom-made product, simply enter the code STOFFSAMPLE-Refund at checkout to receive the €4.95 service fee back. (Please use the same email address!)
What happens for widths over 135 cm?
Since our high-quality fabric rolls have a maximum width of approx. 140 cm, we must place a precise central seam for products wider than 135 cm due to material constraints. Our tailors work this seam as discreetly as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
As our products are individually manufactured to your requested measurements, there is no statutory right of withdrawal. We usually begin cutting shortly after the order is placed. If you have made a typo, please contact us immediately. In case of typos or measuring errors, we will, depending on the stage of production, make the appropriate adjustment free of charge or for a processing fee (depending on the effort/damage).
